Excellent 30 minute documentary (in Spanish with English subtitles) launched by organizations* that participated in the international mission to Colombia in May, 2023. The documentary helps explain how investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanisms make it possible for corporations to quash the sovereign decisions of countries when they attempt to protect human rights and the environment, and uncovers the international mission’s key findings.
