Indigenous communities and organizations have been mobilizing on the streets to reject the constitutional reforms limiting the right to protest. Jujuy opposition Governor Gerardo Morales is accusing President Alberto Fernández and Vice-President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner of fomenting the unrest.
